Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Charges depend on how far in advance you cancel.

Cancellation Charges (Standard Packages)

More than 45 days before travel: 10% of package cost.

30 to 44 days before travel: 25% of package cost.

15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of package cost.

7 to 14 days before travel: 75% of package cost.

Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of package cost.

Non-Refundable Components

Air tickets, train tickets, cruise cabins, peak-season hotel bookings (Dec/Jan, Diwali, Eid, New Year), specially negotiated honeymoon supplements, visa fees and travel insurance are non-refundable irrespective of cancellation timing.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 15 working days via the original payment method.

Any GST already paid to the government on the cancelled service is non-refundable as per Indian tax law.

Force Majeure

In case of natural calamities, pandemics, government restrictions or supplier failures, we will offer credit notes or alternative dates wherever possible. Cash refunds depend on what we can recover from suppliers.
