By booking with 7Coast Tours, you agree to the following terms governing our travel services.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment (25% of package value) and our written confirmation email / WhatsApp message.

Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from quote date and subject to availability at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

25% advance to confirm; balance 100% must be paid 7 working days before travel commencement.

For visa-required international tours, full payment may be required earlier as per consular timelines.

Liability

7Coast Tours acts as a coordinator between you and various service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, activity operators).

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by reasons beyond our control – weather, natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or supplier failures.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.

Passport, Visa & Documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond return date and obtain the necessary visas, vaccinations and travel permits. We assist with documentation but the final approval rests with the consular authorities.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
